Bio
Goodie Boy Flood, aka GoOdBoY, was born in Frankfurt, Germany on May 11th
1985. GoodBoy spent the better part of his life in Germany, where he
developed his love for music.
During his younger and very mischievous childhood, he was coined the name
“GoodBoy” by his family as a backwards compliment. After numerous run
ins with the law and dangerous personal encounters, GoodBoy decided a fresh
start was in his best interest; Kalamazoo, Michigan was his destination.
After arriving in the United States, GoodBoy started freestyling and
writing his own music. During this time he also honed his skills for
producing and performing.
GoodBoy has released several mixtapes since 2010. Most notably is "The
Misery Project," which set the streets in a buzz, and cemented his name as
a force to be reckoned with in the future of the music industry. GoodBoy is
currently working on his first official album, "Welcome To The Deep End,"
and it features his best work to date.
GoodBoy is the true definition of the word 'entrepreneur'. Not only is he a
very talented artist, he is also a producer/engineer and co-owner of Pool
Studios and P.S.IDL.Pros. When GoodBoy is not performing with artists such
as Twista, Bizarre of D-12, and Detroit rap pioneer Esham, he is achieving
his Bachelors in Science & Business Marketing.
There is no doubt that GoodBoy’s future in the music industry is going to
be a bright one. GoodBoy has set himself apart by his work ethic and his
breath of fresh air lyrical skills on the microphone; the possibilities are
